NookMallow support is handled at support@dareach.com. Tell us which step you reached, what happened and which browser you use. A screenshot of the error helps; leave out private room photos unless you choose to share them.
Common questions
My photo won’t upload.
Use JPG, PNG or WebP under 25 MB. Try one photo at a time, or export an iPhone HEIC image as JPG. Add up to four room photos and keep style inspiration in its separate upload.
Generation stopped or a preview is missing.
Keep the tab open and read the message. Your previous design and any completed images are kept where available. If your products are ready, use Create room preview to retry the image. Temporary service limits may require waiting before another attempt.
My room says it wasn’t saved.
Keep the tab open and use Retry saving. Your browser may have blocked storage or run out of space. Download any available images and shopping list before clearing site data or closing the tab.
Where are my saved rooms?
Open Saved rooms in the design workspace, using the same browser and device. Private browsing, cleared site data or a different browser or domain will not show the same rooms. To move rooms, use Saved rooms → Export room backup on the old site, then Import room backup on the new site. Backups include your photos and stay on your device.
Can I change one thing?
Lock the products you want to keep, then use Refine this room to describe the change. Creating a different set may also change the preview. Locked categories must stay selected in your brief.
Does my ZIP guarantee delivery?
No. Your country and ZIP are used to filter the catalog, but delivery is still unconfirmed. Confirm the exact item and delivery address at the store. Shipping and taxes are not included in the displayed product subtotal.
Can I buy generation credits now?
Not yet. The current beta has no payment checkout. Planned first-purchase packs are $2.99 for 3 generations and $5.99 for 8. Offer dates, usage and refund terms will be available before checkout opens.
How do I delete my room photos?
Room photos and saved designs are stored in this browser. To remove all local NookMallow rooms, clear NookMallow site data in your browser settings. Download anything you want to keep first. See Privacy for the services involved in generation.
